This recipe is simple and fun to make! First, crack open your eggs and sprinkle in a pinch of salt and some black pepper.

Don’t forget to butter your bread rolls and set them aside for now. In a frying pan, add a tiny bit of oil, pour in your eggs, and then place two bread rolls right on top of those eggs.

Next, give everything a flip! Add the pork tongue, pepperoni, rocket, tomatoes, and cheese. Once everything is nestled in, close up your bread rolls and let them fry for just a few seconds to melt that yummy cheese.

And there you have it—your amazing stacked sandwich brunch is ready to enjoy! Serve it up with a side of rocket or your favourite salad for an extra touch. Happy cooking!

Conclusion

Even though this recipe was easy to make. I had a bit of trouble flipping the bread rolls but that’s okay. I also had to leave the bread rolls a bit longer to let the cheese melt; which is why they turned out a bit crispy. It was, however, so delicious, and I can’t wait to make this again.

Are you going to try this stacked sandwich brunch recipe? Good luck with flipping yours. Happy cooking!
